Our signature Hot & Cold Seafood Platter brings together a premium selection of coastal favourites, perfect for sharing and slow, nostalgic dining by the water. The hot selection features lobster grilled in garlic butter, Moreton Bay bugs with chilli, ginger and garlic cream sauce, BBQ king prawns with chilli, ginger and garlic cream sauce, kilpatrick oysters with bacon and spicy tomato sauce, mornay oysters with white mornay sauce and cheddar, scallops in the shell seared with soy, ginger and shallots, BBQ octopus marinated with garlic, chilli and ginger, sea salt and cracked pepper calamari served with lime tartare, and beer battered catch of the day, served with aromatic rice. The cold selection includes Balmain bugs, hot smoked Tasmanian salmon, natural oysters with mignonette dressing, fresh king prawns, and a chef’s selection of sashimi.
